Rent 2026-2027

The rent in the high season is approximately 6,400 euros per week from May 1 to October 1 (depending on the number of guests). The rent in the low season is approximately 4,600 euros per week from October 1 to May 1.   (depending on the number of guests) The low season is October 1 to May 1, excluding public holidays. We only rent through Airbnb due to insurance and the payment of local taxes.

 

The swimming pool is open from May 1st until the end of September and can also be heated outside this season at an additional cost of 60 euros per day.

 

The rental price includes bed linen, kitchen linen, cleaning, tourist tax, air conditioning and heating, internet, and one pet, and we do not charge a deposit. In short, an all-inclusive price. (These costs often have to be paid extra at other villas!)
