Rent and service 2026

The rent in high season is 6400 Euro per week from May 1st to October 1st (depending on the number of guests)

The rent in low season is 4500 Euro per week from October 1st to May 1st   (depending on the number of guests)

Low season is from October 1st to May 1st, excluding public holidays

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 1st and can be opened and heated earlier upon request. Additional charges will apply.

The rental includes bed linens, kitchen towels, cleaning, tourist tax, air conditioning and heating, internet, and one pet. We don't charge a deposit. In short, an all-inclusive price. (These costs often have to be paid extra at other villas!)
